Latest threads
Is there anyway to show latest threads on a non-vb page in vb5.x as you could with earlier versions?
Thanx for any response |

Old examples should still work. Just need to update the source, as long as you have RSS out on and are on a recent version of the software.

vBulletin 5 has the same rss out feature, you can use the tutorials you used to use.

hmm, maybe I never posted and that is why I never got a response .. lol
I did get what I wanted to going directly into the msql db, but maybe rss would be better. BUT, vbb 5.x has no external.php? |

external?type=rss2&nodeid=XX where XX is the nodeid of the channel you want to get rss data from.

I can't get the bloody external thing to work so think I'll stick with pulling data directly from database
