Adding something below category

Hi,

I'm trying to make a vB4 style (I don't know much about vB4 teomplates at all) and I can't figure out how to add something that looks like it would be incredibly simple to add. Just that bar that says Forums and Last Post is what I'd like to add (see attachment) but I can't figure it out to save my life. Which template, what kind of css do I need to add, things like that. I'm editing the default vB4 style and I'm running version 4.2.2

Not understanding are you looking to add a new tab?

That might be the right word for it. Just that gray bar that says "Forums" and "Last Post" on it.

Never mind, got it figured out.
