I disabled the plugin system as you explained from config.php but the forum index.php page disappeared and I got this message:

Unable to add cookies, header already sent.
File: /home/almatar/public_html/vb/includes/config.php

Also the problem in the admincp persisted while plugins disabled, so I have re-enabled it again now

do you have the vbulletin default skin installed also what program did you use to edit the config file

I don't think my current style is the vbulletin default. I used notepad to edit config.php.

Have you tried reuploading the /cpstyles directory?

Only use notepad ++ to edit any files

Thanks for the link. I downloaded notepad ++ and will try to re-edit config.php with it
