It's not you, it is the cheap host.

http://www.webpagetest.org/result/140523_V4_S3J/

You're loading only 232 kb with 54 requests.

CPU usage at bottom of the chart here: http://www.webpagetest.org/result/14...S3J/1/details/

Shared hosting provider is ALWAYS going to blame you. You are using Cloudflare so the host machine isn't even loaded that much to deliver the files.

The problem here is the oversold, overloaded, tired old machine your host has you on. It's not vBulletin.

Find a better shared host. There's lots of them out there. I have used GoDaddy for ten years with no issues at all - although, there are many here and web wide who would scoff at that, but the knocking of GD is mostly political.

In the mean time show your host the tests I posted, tell them there is NO way the high CPU loading is you alone. It is you and the 500+ other sites they have on their machine. This is not unusual to find, a cheap shared host who blames you for their problems.

The plan I'm on sure does.

3 gigs is practically nothing.

Shop around.
