Hello
I know that there is an option to prevent mods from physically deleting a post/thread, but what about a better idea; Force a timer on the physical deletions. Basically, I physically remove a post, it will take i.e. 24 hours (being in the state of soft delete) before it actually gets physically deleted. Time can range from hours to days to weeks. Is there a plugin or something like that? regards iraqiboy90 |

Most of us never want to physically delete posts, so unfortunately there is not a MOD like that -- that I know of. However, it should be possible to physically delete soft-deleted threads/posts via a scheduled task, but I would have to look into it.

soft delete, which stays like that forever and hard delete, which stays soft delete until timer makes it hard delete. Example of a timer already there; The move thread with redirect timer. |
