Converting IPB including few applications to Vb

Hello guys,
After using four years invision power board script i have decided to migrate my forum and all applications im using to vbulletin because of the lack of alternatives regarding applications and not at least the lack of gateway developers. Im planning to go with 4.2 version and i will give it a try tonight with testing migration to see hows going. What im worry about is how to migrate the the classified application http://community.invisionpower.com/f...7-classifieds/ to the actual vbulletin board because i have around 6 k published ads by users. Theres any way to be able to do that ? It will be good if i can transffer those ads as posts and moving them to a new sub-forum.
And the last question: Im using also Gallery app http://www.invisionpower.com/apps/gallery/ who allows users to uploud new images including little videos with flv format,avi,mp4 and mpg and im wandering if vbulletin have something similar ?
