How do I add the capability to have more than 15 smilies in the clickable smilies box? I have seen a forum that had 30 smiles in their box.

Just adjust the appropriate settings in your Admin CP.

Admin CP -> vBulletin Options -> Posting Code allowances (vB code / HTML / etc) ->

Then set 'Clickable Smilies per Row' and 'Clickable Smiles Total'.
