I've made a kludgy temporary fix which updates the vBulletin forumid with the new one.
It works awesome:


However, it's not an integral part of vBulletin, and I'm worried some time now or later it will make something go FUBAR.

Still don't make any sense why it is not showing, there may be more issues that have yet to be discovered.
