When pressing "Alt Gr"+4 to use the currency symbol for the Euro all that shows up in vBulletin is this
I'm guessing that maybe a hack could be written to correct the problem and it would be pretty simple, I just don't know how to do it? Hopefully someone here does. I'm very surprised this hasn't come up before as I did a search here and on vB.com and didn't even find a single thread on it, maybe I'm just missing something obvious but it seems to me like this is needed especially among the European forums out there. TIA, G :rambo: |

Jeez, I just checked this thread using Netscape 6.2 and the symbol shows fine, guess it's just IE4 that it doesn't show in then.
Problem solved I guess, I thought it was strange that noone else seemed to have this problem. Ah well, thanks, guess you mods can move/close/delete this thread now. ![]() |

use & #128; in your code, if you're talking about how to use it in a hack. But put the & and the rest together. It will show

Its Alt-GR + 4 on all UK keyboard maps, although you won't catch me ever using the euro symbol

There is no issues with vBulletin and characters, the only issues would be with your browser and the font specified to show the text in.
