Is there a way to dis-allow more than two hyperlinks per post?

Any addon or plugin we can use for our forum?

Why did you post this in the vB5 and vB4 forum?

We use vBulletin v4.1 currently, but willing to upgrade our licence to v5 in case we will find solution for our case.
I thought someone could recommend addons or plugins, which might be incompatible with different versions of vBulletin.
