And one knows of a query that would take all soft deleted posts and move them to a forum I made for trash

I don't know of a query, myself. Have you tried doing this from the Moderation area in your Settings? I've moved soft deleted posts from there before.

Upload the attached file to your admincp folder
Then go to: http://YOUR-SITE-URL/admincp/move_de...s.php?forumid=X Replace "X" with the Forum ID you want to move the soft deleted threads to, once the the page is loaded, you should get a message saying "done" Now go to: http://YOUR-SITE-URL/admincp/misc.php?do=chooser and rebuild your thread and forum information Give it a minute or two to process and you're done! |

Oh i somehow misread "posts" to threads
Doing what you want will be harder since posts aren't made to be put into forums, threads are So the posts would have to be converted to threads first and then saved but i see that being really messy |

if it took all soft deleted posts and moved all them into forum id 34 and made all the soft deleted posts as one large thread would that work
