Rating Threads-Articles 1 to 10, list of best rated articles and threads

Rating threads, rating articles from 1 to 10 not from 1 to 5 as it is now...

Also a way to see best rated threads, and articles. My users rate bunch of articles and some of them are asking a way to see what are best rated articles, list of best rated ...but there is no such option in VB or mod...so was thinking to ask here

Think that this can be very useful for new members or even guest if they want to find what is best from that you offer on your site, not to mention how useful this can be for administrators...
