I've went through the style options and looked through addtional.css and have been able to make every color change that I seem to need to, except for this one that continued to escape me.

Any possible help would be most appreciated.

Is this from a modification or vBulletin?

I am using third party template, and then did a lot of modifications to the color scheme.

From what I can tell the default theme does not have a colored bar going through the user name on the "topic review" posts. But I'm lacking the familiarity to know where this modification may have been made to cause a bar to be there rather than just being transparent.
