Number of Queued E-Mails

Hello,

Where are the e-mails waiting for?

1 -) How can they be deleted?
2 -) How to send e-mails waiting?
3-) admincp=> Send e-mail to members => but it is not going to write the subject and message to anyone

The emails are waiting for the cron to be triggered.

vB only triggers one cron per pageview, and you may have to have several pageviews to trigger the email que cron.

Even then, if you have a bunch of emails to send, and your settings only send a few per cron, it may take several cycles of the cron run to send them all if you website isnt heavily trafficed.

If you just want to send them, go to your scheduled task manager, and manually run the email cron a few times to purge them out.

You may also need to increase the number of emails to send per batch under the Email Settings.

^^^ Definately increase the number as Zachery stated. The default is 10 per batch (cron runs 6 times and hour, so that is only 60 per hour) which is much, much lower than what most hosts will allow. Find out what your host allows and adjust appropriately.
