Merging over from phpbb, and have shut the forums down. On my logs I am showing a ton of spammer accounts. How do I prevent ANYONE from registering while the forums are down? Don't want to deal with spammer/hacker crap while I'm trying to set up my new board. Thanks!

If you turn off the allowed to register option until you are ready
