Display Image from Lastest Thread in Blocks

I have no idea how to display an image from a thread in my blocks on my sidebar.

I have tried a few things, just the search function, but I don't see this.

I don't care how this is accomplished, but the goal is essentially to display a clickable image that is from a thread. I have a hidden forum, and the block is just pulling from that forum. I'm only posting an image into the thread, which is clickable. I want that image to go to a sidebar block and be clickable.

How is this accomplished?

The threads only have an image and a little text. I just want the image and text to show up in the block.

Something like this would be ideal(designed in PHOTOSHOP)

Post the code your using in the block, so they can see what is there.

That helped us understand what you are doing... Like @snake said we need to see the code otherwise we have no idea. Sometimes we can just see the page source for the html, javascript and css. We can't do much if it's on the server side, plus it gets a little time consuming.
