Currently Active User Names are not displayed

I have installed 4.2.1 forum and i cannot see currenly active users list, but i can see no of people online.

Display Logged in Users? is set to YES

What do you have set for your AdminCP > Settings > Options > Cookie Options > Cookie Domain and can users view the site via both www.site.com and just site.com?

he has it set to www.site.com I gave him a .htaccess as he requested it here

He needs to have it set to ".site.com" if he allows users to view the site via both www.site.com and just site.com
