If you go on Forum> useful Links-> contacts, will open a new window with the contacts that you have as a friend.

My question is, can make a widget. Then the example I can put it on the home page.

I don't understand what you are asking about. On the Forum home page, you may add Forum Blocks:
vboptions > forum sidebar > set those to what you want
forums & moderators > forum blocks > add the blocks you want

You may create an html one (or php one) and add anything you want into it.
