add a review link icon to a user profile

Curious if it is possible or if this will require a mod. I want to add a button to a users profile that will take a member to a specific thread defined by an admin or mod? The thread is a review of that member

My reason for doing this is to allow members who wish to see private reviews of a member to simply go to their profile and click a certain icon and be taken to that members reviews. The reviews are posted in an area which is only accessible by a certain group of members on the site.
