I don't know what you want. You have an /admincp folder in 3.8.7.

I want admincp folder copy 3.8.7 PL2

I tried to download this folder from the Members Area

I see a copy 3.8.7 PL3, I do not see a copy 3.8.7 PL2

There is no PL2 available anymore. Why wouldn't you want to patch to PL3?
