Does anyone know where i can get these three little hacks:

The one which provides a moderator drop down box on the main page.

The one that puts the online users and pm info at the top

and one that splits the different forum categories (puts a space between them) on the main page.

A site that uses all three is http://www.gsmmagic.com/forums/

Have you searched the template modifications?
These things does not require hacks, AFAIK.

online users and pminfo at the top can be done by just move the variable for each to a different place in the forumhome - check out the welcome panel hack, that might be of some help to you
