How do I not have a space between the navbar & header image?
How do I not have a space between my top 10 stats & navbar?

If you use firebug, you will see the CSS issues:

.above_body {
    background: url("images/gradients/gradient-grey-down.png") repeat-x scroll 0 0 #000000;
    margin: 0 0 10px;
    padding: 0;
    width: 100%;
}

and

.navbar {
    background: none repeat scroll 0 0 #2F4456;
    color: #FFFFFF;
    font: 11px Arial,Calibri,Verdana,Geneva,sans-serif;
    height: 53px;
    margin: 10px 0 0;
    position: relative;
}

at a guess navbar but as I dont have your skin I cant look it up
