Disable Activity feed
Is there a way to disable activity feed? My users all hate it. I looked at the activity feed in options but there is no "active yes no"...

betterthanyours, it doesn't appear to have a way to be deactivated. However, if none of the solutions posted by peugot405 are helpful you can always disable the What's New link in the Navigation Manager
AdminCP > Settings > Navigation Manager > untick the 'Active' box for What's New? Then go back to the Activity Stream options AdminCP > Settings > Options > Activity Stream and untick all the Content Tracked boxes. |

I've tried those, none seem to work. When I type in my url, it navigates straight to activity.php
I wonder how (when in dev stage) vB thought everyone would love this and not include an option to disable it...:erm: |

Set a different nav tab (such as Forums) as the default tab.

Would that be via index.php or some other path?
