Styling question?

This should be an easy one for some of you but I couldn't figure it out.

I would like to format an output in my postbit-legacy.

Right now I have:
<div align="center"><font size="3">{vb:rawphrase welcome_back_x, {vb:raw bbuserinfo.username}}</font></div>

I would like to have the "vb:rawphrase welcome_back_x" in a smaller font
and
vb:raw bbuserinfo.username in a bigger font, blue and bold

You would need to edit the phrase in the phrase manager and put your formatting html in the phrase (I tried to look at the phrase to see if it had any already, but I couldn't find any phrase named welcome_back_x in vb 4.2.0).
