How to update skins?
So far, after an upgrade, I had these options that were showing differences between skins and automerging them or letting me manually edit different templates. But this time the forum was on 4.1.2, but we moved to a different server with already installed 4.2, but the skin was meant for 4.2, and now some things are missing, like activity stream, etc. How would I go on about updating the skin?

This will come in handy just for the activity stream & navbar

Are those the only major changes I should change now? I noticed I'm also missing in the what's going on, the users who have visited today >.<
