give a priority (nice!) for vB transactions.

What I would like to do is :

• give registered users a better priority than guests
• tell guests that when the machine reaches critical mass that their execution times will be more affected that the registered users

Why you ask ... well twofold
1. It is a legitimate operational scenario that would more than likely be implemented by larger sites or sites with a mix of productive processes.
2. It will hopefully get more people to register

Thanks, that will do just fine.

Already implemented.. was a quickie.

The only downturn is that spiders and crawlers also get exclude in this case as well as guests. I would have rather just degraded the turnaround of the guests. But as I say, it'll do just fine.
