When I log into my site the first page the loads is a page that says invalid redirect URL (http://fantasyhockeycoach.com/)

I am logged in but need to click on home page to continue. How do I set the redirect url?

put www. also make a htaccess file to stop the www from being removed

What ForceHSS mentioned above should work. You can also go to the settings in the admin CP and under "Site Name / URL / Contact Details" add http://fantasyhockeycoach.com to the "Redirect Domain Whitelist".
