So I have a problem with vbulletin ( never happened before ) , when someone pays he's not getting upgraded to the group i've selected in the sub options. It's highly annoying as I have to upgrade them manually.... Dunno what the problem could be and btw i'm running on the 4.1.11 version.

What was the latest change you did to your forum before the Subscription stopped working?

But seeing the fact that this is a vb core feature related issue, I think it would be better if you posted at the vb.com about this.
