Ignore A Forum Option???

OK, so a user can IGNORE another via settings in their profile/settings.
Is there a MOD/HACK that can allow folks to IGNORE forums nia settings in their profile/settings?

Ignore an entire forum? No, I don't recall seeing anything like that.
