hey lynne this is dark lycan the owner of the site that amaury is having trouble with, I just wanted to tell you I did not see any md5_sums_vbulletinsuite.php file in my includes folder on my server, the only md5 file is md5_sums_vbulletin.php.=/
If so, and you are getting a bunch of "File does not contain expected contents", then you need to redownload a totally fresh copy of the site and reupload them ALL (keep your config.php file) and then verify they all were uploaded OK by running Suspect File Version again. And make sure all text files are uploaded in ASCII and all images in Binary (most ftp applications will do this automatically).

Well it turns out I took care of all the mismatched files and everything seems to be working ok as far as I'm aware.^ ^ dunno what amaury's answer will be though.=/
edit: Also sorry for the late reply, didn't see that you had replied.=/

Yes, the mismatches are out of the way, but we have a lot of "File does not contain expected contents" results, which we don't want.
