How do I add note like this?

Just throw some css in the additional.css template like this :

.incontentnotice  {
border: 1px solid #0B1986;color:#000;background-color:#F5FFFF;padding:5px;
}

Then When you want to make a notice in the post wrap it in

<div class="incontentnotice">YOUR NOTICE HERE</div>

Obviously you have to have HTML switched on in your posts to be able to insert html into it.

Or create a Custom BBCode using the code Adam posted above, and use {param} instead of YOUR NOTICE HERE.

Sorry to sound dumb where do I place which code in custom BBcode? I have placed the following code in Replacement box

<div class="incontentnotice">{param}</div>

What should I add in example box as it wont be save without putting an example. Also would it automatically add a note in the box (B/G colour to be as per style).

If you've called your Note tag NOTE, then in example you should put [NOTE]This is a note.[/NOTE]


The background should change per style if you add the code to each additional.css, changing the background color property as you like.

When I goto styles and additional css (Via Main.css window) it states the this file is for reference only and is obsolete .

It should go in the template named additional.css (under the "CSS Templates" group).
