Poll / Rating Mod Required

Hi,

I am looking for a Mod to enable a member to rate say 6 features of a product :

1. Design [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]
2. Ease Of Use [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]
3. Availability [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]
4. Price [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]
5. Colour [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]
6. Size [Select a Number Between 1 - 100]

Once they have voted on each of the factors in the list the poll is updated and the results displayed for each category.

Does this currently exist ? And is it possible to implement ?

I would also like to have the products in the poll to be in categories so i could display a top 10 on the CMS as a widgit, so the top ten jumpers as voted by members, top ten jeans etc etc.

Please let me know as i would be able to pay for this mod...
