well if you look at the image here, your jQuery code is looking for li#cat6 when there is no cat6 in your forum categories. fix that to an actual cat(egory) ID and it should work.

I see you have a forum with the ID of 6 at the bottom of a category of 4 forums. The ID needs to be of the main category housing the forums you want the ad under, not the forum ID. So change the 6 to a 1
also, once you have it positoned where you want it feel free to remove the HTML Code:
