Unlicensed users may post in just a couple of forums - the site feedback forum being one of them.

Your sort of right lee... basically you can register and ask questions about modifications, functionality and more even say hey like above however you can't post or download modifications, styles, and all the other perks you can currently until they are shown as licensed i.e. they have purchased and went through the steps required to become a active member here.
