would like skin A. to show All forums and skin B. to show some forums as sub-forums
Using Vbulletin 4.1.7
I would like to offer a skin choice whereby A. all forums are listed separately. or B. a skin choice whereby some forums are now listed as sub-forums for a more compact display. The choices are available as an "either or" through the "Forum Manager" but the defined forum setting are applied to all skins. Any way to offer the two layout choices through skins or ? Thanks. Thats not really a style thing, it sounds like you want to change the settings for some people? Can you show a sceen shot for what you want?

We have a current board running 3.8.4 I have a screenshot below of what some users want to continue with. "currentmb".
We are building an upgrade to 4.1.7 and we have created a more compact display using sub-forums. "compactblue". Through "Forum manager" we can present one or the other. Any way to allow a user selectable choice ? Thanks. |

Not really, the forumhome, and the forumdisplay page have their own unique settings for subforums though. Check the Settings > Options > Forum Display Options
