Upload the attached image to a folder in your ftp. Remember the path to the image.
Find in the stylevars header_background. Put the attached image in the background slot in this format > url(path/to/your/image) Select repeat from the drop down menu. Click save. Open a browser window to your forum and see if that works for you.
