Help moving something in navbar to header

I am using a mod which references a hook in the navbar to display a link.

What I want to do is makethis mod link show up in the header.

I have tried renaming a hook, didnt work, tried a couple of things, but I just cant get it to work..

Help please if you know how, Thanks.
