Seems that I get some people joining just to view snother member's profile, to get email addresses, or ICQ numbers r whathave you.

What can I do to stop this?

I would like to be able to make people have a certain amount of posts before they can do things like that.

Disable looking email, disable memberlist. Do not use icq-bit in postbit template.
