Exist whether hack which outputs random message on main page of forum? It is desirable, that messages were added through Admin Control Panel. If is not present, there can be someone will write? I shall be very grateful!

People, I speak not about post in forums, and about various texts which can be entered in Admin CP and which in the random order will be displayed on main page. it would be good, if for such texts it was possible to put priority (for each), and depending on priority they were displayed.
