Could it be possible to make so with every post, the user gets 2 points (Gold, Gil, Zeny, whatever) and those can be used in afterlabs Item Shop?

your best bet is to try Certify's Karma Hack.

You will need to go through the code and change all references from the field created to the customer user profile field used in Afterlabs version of the store. (At least I think Afterlab uses a custom profile field to store points ... )
