Social Networks in Postbit and Profile

Hey,

I have seen this mod for older versions but not the newer versions. I found one that I could not get to work but I am looking for a mod that will allow my users to place their social network accounts links to.

It will link to their profile on that particular site such as linked in or facebook etc.

Anyone have any suggestions? I am using 4.1.4
