When I am making a thread I get no BB code options:

For Example, right now when I am making a thread, I can see all of this:

What do I do?

Also I have a few of the BB Code (Images) when I do a quick reply:

However If I click "Go Advanced" they disappear.

What do I do?

create a new style with no edits, just the basic vB setup and see if this issue is still there. Could be a product/plugin, or template issue. If it shows up on the basic vB style, then its a template issue, if it still doesnt show up then try disabling plugins.
