this can come handy if you want to experiment with VB offline. that's how i test everything related to VB and PHP in general... alot better then the website.

I have to say its more fun to build apache and php and mysql from the source, though thats just my person opinion.

I don't recommend running the php.exe at all, when you can use the ISAPI module.
