One by one I disabled all mods to find out the issue such as vbseo,everywheresidebar, Guest Redirection System Professional. And came to know only Guest Redirection System Professional mod was giving issue then I disabled this mod and enabled all other mods.

And after this I found that my custom page is not showing. I did not disable any plugin etc of custom page.

I only disabled this Guest Redirection System Professional

Check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host) and see if there is anything in there at the time you go to that page. Otherwise, go through the installation instructions again and reinstall it.

I have enabled this mod but the error still there. I cannot open .php files.
Is this because I disabled and then enabled VBSEO

ok I will check or will it be ok to create custom page again from scratch

I'm saying:
1) Check your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host). There may be something in there to tell you why the page is not working.

2) Try going through the installation instructions again and make sure it is properly installed.

3) If neither of those help you out, then here is a page from the manual about troubleshooting blank or 'white' pages: http://www.vbulletin.com/docs/html/blank_pages

OK. You have some default file that are labeled "file not found". You have some with "does not contain expected contents". You should upload those default files. I don't know that they have anything to do with your issue though.

I don't know where to get these default files. I didi not delete any important default files

I don't think those files have anything to do with the issue. I suggest you go over item 1 and 2 that I posted.
