Please Help! How do I create "Featured Media" and "Share Article to Facebook feature"

I know there are a lot of Vbulletin experts here so please help me figure some things out. I'm kind of new.

1.) I want a modification that allows members or visitors to share articles that are published in the CMS page. Where can I find this modification?

2.) I want to have a "Featured Media" in my CMS page. Please let me know how to do this..
