Thread Index
vBulletin.org Community,
My girlfriend recently purchased a vBulletin license and has been saying good things about the software. I myself run a World of Warcraft forum on phpBB but my community has expanded and I've been looking at getting a more feature-rich software to run it on. The only mod I know is out there for phpBB but I haven't been able to find for vBulletin is a "Sync List" mod. While I don't care about the process, I have a "3v3" forum, and a number of threads will be tagged with "RPM", "MRD", etc. I'd like to have a stickied thread that listed all the threads in that forum in alphabetical order (preferably with a nice "A", "B", "C", etc.). Is there a mod or built in feature that can let me do this? If so, can someone please either explain how to do it or link me to the mod (in the past I've had problems with people saying it was easy or something when it turns out it's only easy if you're a programmer). Thanks in advance for the responses! |

I think you would use vBulletin's thread tagging system for your "RPM", "MRD", etc. tags...
In the display options you could then choose to only view the selected tag. This is a built in feature. I've never seen a mod that would maintain a thread with alphabetized lists of other threads though. Like you said, it's probably possible- for a programmer. |
