RSS Feed for Tag-Pages?

Well, the RSS-Link on Tag-Pages always points to
.com/external.php?type=RSS2

I need to generate Tag-specific RSS-Feeds like
.com/external.php?type=RSS2&tag=mytag

anyone can do this?
