Are you talking about making a POST (not a thread) sticky? Like a post that automatically goes to the top of the page (thread) when viewing a thread?

im intrested in make a post sticky in every topic in some parts of the forum, is that possibel?
So in the market section of the forum, when a user wanna sell something, we can have a post that stands on top of what the user is writing.
