notifications system enhancement

Hello

I thought it will be nice if we can enhance vbulletin notifications system so that a notification will be shown to the member if

1- a new image in friend album added
2- a new reply to album picture for a friend (if the member added a comment previously to that picture )
3- a friend change his/her profile photo, signature, avatar or custom profile field
4- the member received a reputation hit
5- a friend make a new friendship with other member
6- a friend add new blog entry
7- a new comment on friend blog (if the member added a comment previously to that album)

if you have any other idea, please write it here.


all of those notifications will be enabled/disabled via the member cp (and/or Admin CP)

I think these notifications will bring life to the forum and make it really interactive
