Maybe this is out there already... but I haven't seen it. A mod for this would be great! Basically, for Admins/Super Mods/Mods, the Who's On Line (full page) module that currently reflects the members and guests with IP address... I would like it to also show if that IP address is currently tagged to an existing member. Basically, this would allow Mods to see if there are members viewing the forums while logged out. As we can already see them hidden... this would allow admins and mods the ability to see them also logged out.

Make sense? anyone have thoughts, etc on this?

Nobody else thinks this is a good idea? Be able to see current members that are signed out? I had a member throwing a fit... said they were done with the forum... they logged out but I had the IP on file and they continued browsing the forums. Just think it would be a good idea.

Doing something like this is really going to depend on your server. Ever guest IP would have to be searched through the entire post table. If you have a large post table, that's not real good. You'll probably also need to alter your post table to include an index on ipaddress or it's really gonna cause problems with larger tables!
